Courteous, Patient, and Gracious

I moved to Kansas alone, leaving all my family in Florida. The Ridge apartments Overland Park Office Staff have since become just that for me, my Kansas Family!!!! Kaity was my first contact, while still living in Florida, I phoned asked for a first floor bc I am disabled using a walker, and she found the perfect location everything for my special needs!!! Diamond ??, what can I say he reflects the treasure of his name. With his shining smile, he is a light to all those around him, making me feel the warmth of home. Casey, has been phenomenal in running the office, and always available for any needs. Makes me feel as if I’m the only resident in the complex!! They are ALL ALWAYS courteous, patient, and most of all, from a southerner, gracious. Thank you ???? Overland Park Ridge Office Family!!!!!

Happy Here

So far I have no complaints the smart Lock really need some practice on, appliance are old but apartment it is spacious and quiet. Decent aera and I hope everything works well. Best apartment I ever had so far in my short 30 years living. 3 pools and tennis court, plus basket ball court and awarding winning landscaping I can not be grateful enough.

Maintenance

This area, the people and the apartment altogether is good, but when you put in a maintenance request, it won't be answered, maybe after the fifth time. Little things after moving in are noticeably broken and seem useless when it comes to asking for help to fix it.

I love living here! Apartments are so spacious and location is great. Management, staff, and maintenance are all personable and make you feel at home. Office staff are extremely efficient as is maintenance if you have any problems

Better Than Before

Friendly staff very nice and helpful easy process for moving in as long as you have all the required paper work I was able to take an tour and view the property quite community very clean an place that I love to call home!!! Told friends and family about me having such an great experience they now want to move in as well !!! Such an big improvement from the last place I was in who didnt care about the resident

Definition of Home

This place is every definition of the word "home". The facilities are nice, the grounds are beautiful and well kept, the neighbors are friendly, and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. Being able to pay rent online is a nice convenience, especially when I'm out of town. 10/10!

Great Maintenance

This apartment complex is phenomenal. I personally stay in a one bedroom and it provides plenty of space whether you live alone or with your significant other. The leasing staff are extremely friendly. The community is not gated, but from my perspective there's no reason for it to be. It's a safe place. The gym is basic and offers a great work out. Every place you move has pros and cons but the pros outweigh any con I've found here. The maintenance team QUICKLY fixes whatever issue you request.

Incredible Team

Love the apartments but I think what really keeps us there is the amazing customer service we receive from the office staff! They are always available to assist with any requests and you feel that they genuinely care about us! Big kudos to the office team.

Recommend to Anyone

I stopped in the other day with my friend that was looking for a new apartment. The energy in the office was so nice. We felt welcomed right when we walked in. The girls in the office were there ready to help us! This is a place i would recommend to everyone. We looked at a 1 bedroom model they had and the space is amazing! I will be referring everyone here!
